Terms and Conditions

Full job requirements

All orders are subject to a minimum 50% deposit payment being paid prior to ordering of materials and securing arranged fitting date. A deposit payment will be taken as confirmation along with an email of your order and we will enter into a contract with you for the outlined work and order materials to fulfill the work required. This deposit is non refundable in full due to a material handling fee which will be charged if you decide to cancel. Full payments are required on completion or Vehicles will not be released till full payment is made.  If full payment is not made we have the right to remove all work applied to vehicle.

Contracting Cancelation Requirements

If a date is booked and a conformation email has been sent we have the right to apply loss of earnings. If you cancel the job up to weeks before the confirmed date booked no booking fee will be charged.  If you cancel less than 1 week before confirmed date booked a 25% of the day rate will be charged.  If you cancel 3 days before confirmed date booked 50% of the day rate will be charged.  If you cancel 1 day before or on the day 75% of day rate will be charged.

Application location

The application of vinyl lettering and small digitally printed graphics can be undertaken at a chosen customer location subject to a travelling fee.  Every vehicle must be washed the day before application takes place vehicles will need to be degreased, clean and dry prior to our arrival otherwise an additional cleaning charge will be invoiced.

Vinyl graphics cannot be applied in the rain, wind, heat or cold so ideally if the application is undertaken at a customer site the vehicle will need to be inside a lit building being heated to a minimum temperature of 12° C.

We then have to ensure that all tar, grease, wax and silicone deposits are removed with a special surface cleaner prior to application starting, otherwise the install could fail. This additional cleaning includes full paintwork preparation to the areas branding is to be fitted on vehicles that need extra cleaning.  We will advise you of the new timescale and additional costs which will need to be agreed prior to any work starting.

Vehicle delivery / collection

We cannot be responsible for the delivery or collection of any vehicle.

Defective Paint work

Your vehicles paintwork may look immaculate, but due to us not knowing the history of any vehicle we apply either vinyl graphics or vehicle wrapping products to, we are unable to offer any guarantees that the underlying paintwork will not be damaged upon removal of the branding/wrap products. If a vehicle has had previous body work or paintwork then there is a small chance that upon removal some may lift, however this is not always the case. The vinyl adhesive will not affect original paintwork in this way.

The successful application and removal of wrapping film is only possible on original factory paintwork.  Any damaged, flaking or weak accident repair paint work will not allow the film to bond correctly.

For these reasons we cannot offer you any warranty on wraps over defective paintwork and any future wrap repair / replacement work will be chargeable at panel rate.

If you allow us to wrap over your non-original factory paintwork then we will not be liable for damage that may occur to your underlying paint on removal of your wrap.

If your car has special surface treatments we need to be informed of these.  Any possible micro wax nano coatings present on the surfaces of your vehicle will cause a failure which we will not be liable for. We will need to use a special chemical to remove these coatings and we will not be liable for the wrap failing if you do not inform us prior to the start of the wrap.

If you do not provide us with this information prior to wrap all repair work will be charged at a panel rate.

Application times

Our quoted application times are estimates based on work previously completed, however on occasion these times can be slightly incorrect. This can be due to a number of reasons including late delivery of the vehicle, the supplied working conditions not being suitable, the vehicle not being clean and dry, or the type of material that has been requested or supplied. In these situations we will know fairly early on in the branding process and will advise of the delay and the reason for this. We would advise you to build a buffer day into your schedule to account for this if possible. It is in your interests that we reserve the right to withdraw from your application if these conditions are not correct. It is your responsibility to have the vehicle on site and ready for application when agreed, delays moving vehicles and waiting for fitting areas to become available will inevitably incur additional charges as fitting times will over run. Our minimum daily charge is 4 hours at a rate of £25 per hour per person plus travel costs @ 45p per mile. Any return visit will need to fit in around our other commitments.

Wrap Aftercare

To the untrained eye, it is very hard to distinguish a wrap from paint; however  the aftercare is different as is the finished look.

You should not attempt to use any t-cut compounds. Do not attempt to use polishes with acids or solvents in them.  Do not allow any silicones near the edges of the vinyl wrap.

Do not wash for 7 days after work has been completed.  Then hand wash only.  No jet washing at all especially at the edges, this will void your warranty and decrease the lifespan of your wrap.

We can send vinyl samples off to the laboratories to define the causes of failure.

Wrap film may scratch and mark the same as paint – this is wear and tear.  However a benefit of wrapping is the lower cost of panel repair work as opposed to paint body shop. Any repair work to wear and tear will be chargeable at a panel rate.

Terms of payment

Subject to any special terms agreed in Writing between the Buyer and the Seller, the Seller shall be entitled to invoice the Buyer for the price of the Goods on or at any time after the job is completed.

The Buyers first job must be paid in full on completion of job.

The Buyer shall pay the price of the Goods (less any discount to which the Buyer is entitled, but without any other deduction) within 30 days of the date of the Seller's invoice, and the Seller shall be entitled to recover the price.

If the Buyer fails to make any payment on the due date then, without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to the Seller, the Seller shall be entitled to:

The due date shall be the 'relevant day' for the purpose of the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
